Terms of Service

By accessing or using HELM (helmhq.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. HELM is operated by HELM HQ.

HELM is an all-in-one business management platform for entrepreneurs. It includes tools for goal tracking, project management, financial overview, note-taking, habit tracking, fitness logging, calendar management, and AI-assisted business insights.

To use HELM, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 16 years old to use HELM.

HELM offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable fees for your chosen plan
• Automatic renewal at the end of each billing period
• Provide valid payment information through Stripe

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into HELM. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You can export your data at any time through the Settings page.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. While we take every precaution to protect your data, we are not liable for data loss due to circumstances beyond our control.

You agree not to:

• Use HELM for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform
• Resell or redistribute access to HELM without permission

HELM includes an AI assistant feature. The AI provides general business insights and suggestions. It is not a substitute for professional financial, legal, or business advice. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform maintenance with reasonable notice when possible
• Update features, functionality, or pricing with advance notice
• Discontinue features that are no longer viable

HELM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for HELM in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
